Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone and Sidhartha Mallya, the owner of Kingfisher Airlines, judged models for the Kingfisher Calendar 2011 in Mumbai on October 26.
Many aspiring models took part in the contest with the hope of appearing in the limited edition Kingfisher swimsuit calendar.
This year, too, ace lensman Atul Kasbekar will shoot the entire calendar.

Shah Rukh Khan met the cast and crew of 'Khichdi - The Movie', and apologised for not turning up earlier when they unveiled the film's poster outside his house Mannat in Bandra, Mumbai.
He has promised that he will watch the comedy film, which is a big screen adaptation of the popular small screen show 'Khichdi'.
"If I get late, I will call for a copy and watch it, after all ghar ki khichdi hai (afterall, it's within the family)," said Shah Rukh, who is an inspiration for the 'Khichdi' team for making a successful transition from being a TV actor to one of India's most sought after superstars. He has even urged the public to support the film.
"Please go out and watch this film if you feel like laughing with your family, I can assure you it will be a fun-filled evening," he added.
The actors - Supriya Pathak, Anang Desai, Rajeev Mehta and Nimisha Vakharia - too hope that the film is as successful as the series were and treads the same path as Shah Rukh, who created a niche for himself with serials like 'Fauji' and 'Circus' and went on to make it big in Bollywood.
"SRK taught us humility and that is why he is truly our inspiration, and we thank him for coming here personally and giving his best wishes to all of us. He told us - 'All the best, god bless'," said producer-actor J.D. Mathejia of Hats Off Productions.

Actress Asin visits Jaffna and Vavuniya - Photos, Video

Bollywood Actress Asin visited Jaffna and Vavuniya accompanied by the wife of President Rajapakse, Shiranthi Wickramasinghe Rajapaksa.
The actress took part in the events in Eye Treatment Centre in Jaffna Hospital. At the Vavuniya general hospital, she interacted with a few patients and even watched an ongoing cataract surgery, performed by a surgeon flown in from India, sources said.
The unannounced visit materialized after Asin had met Namal Rajapaksa, MP and eldest son Mahinda Rjapakse and expressed her desire to visit the war ravaged areas when she landed in the country for the shooting of her forthcoming Hindi film �Ready�, starring Salman Khan.

Forget the Milind Soman and Madhu Sapre commercial. Cyberspace is now feeling the heat of a New York Lotto commercial that was shot by Bipasha Basu and Vivek Oberoi. YouTube uploads mention that the commercial has been directed by Ken Nahoum. The art direction has been done by illustrator Tommy Kane and it was shot in India.
Needless to say, the ad is very bold in terms of Indian standards and, hence, apprehensions remained about whether the actors had indeed shot for it. Vivek�s spokesperson said, �We can�t get in touch with Vivek and hence, can�t comment on this issue. We don�t have any idea about this ad.�
However, Bipasha�s manager confirmed that it is indeed the star, who has been featured in this ad. �Bipasha had done this ad in 1999 when she was modelling for Ford Modelling Agency in New York. It was done as an international assignment and was meant for the international market. I don�t know why such an old ad has surfaced now,� said Bipasha�s manager.
